Cleaning Frequencies
The price you have been quoted is for a 5 weekly clean. We provide a regular professional service, we do this so we can carry on giving a high quality service on a regular basis.

Weather
Our pure water system allows us to clean in the rain. Weather conditions that may lead to us to cancel a clean are high winds and severe temperature resulting in water freezing.

Text Reminder Service  >  
We provide a free of charge pre clean text service for all customers with locked gates, where we have sent you a text and we are still unable to gain access to the premises due to a locked gates we will clean the accessible areas and charge the full price of the clean. The full charge is applied as all work is carefully planned in advance and we leave enough time on each work schedule to complete your clean to a high standard. We are unable to return to clean the restricted areas until the next scheduled clean.

Cancellation or skipping a clean.
Cancellations or postponements must be made 7 days prior to your clean.  If you choose to postpone the cleaning throughout the winter months, we regret that we are unable to renew your custom from that point. We operate a strict 20 days cancellation notice; cancellation verbally on the day or within this period will allow us to charge for a full clean.  

Payment
As you may know we are a family run business & rely on your custom, we would therefore ask that you make payment strictly within 7 Days

We will leave a payment slip that has our bank details and a reference code, payment is strictly to be paid within 7 working days. Payment can be made by BACS, direct payment, PAYPAL, see our website for bank details.

Customers that fail to pay within these terms we reserve the right to suspend the cleaning and replace their slot with another customer.

We review our prices annually and at all times will aim to remain competitive whilst providing you with an excellent service.

Damages
We do not accept liability for damage caused by decorative or structural defects.

All we ask from our customers is that you

  • Don’t cancel cleans
  • Allow us to rectify anything your unhappy with.
  • Pay us on time
